What is a Soul Portrait?
My intention is to capture a deeper representation of you, hopefully one that shows that sparkle
in your psyche. "Soul" might be defined as an inner resevoir holding the grand sum of one's experience and understanding, what we have been, where we are now and what we hope to become. This Soul Portrait intends to show a particular glimmer of your Big Shine.
What is an Intuitive Artist?
Everyone is intuitive in one way or another, whether they pay any attention to it or not. Artists tend to have the Intuition Channel on all the time; they are busy manifesting instructions from their muses. In my case, I use my 40 years experience as an intuitive counselor to merge a "deeper seeing"
with the paint.
How does Kathlynne create a Soul Portrait?
The medium is Guache and mixed-media on 140# watercolor block paper. I paint your Soul Portrait combining my interpretation of the photos you supply and a meditative process I have developed as an intuitive counselor for 40 years. Requested elements, such as personal interests, spiritual symbology, astrological ideas, or dream references can be integrated into the painting.
